UJA-Federation of New York is a powerful voice that works to preserve and enhance the capacity of our network of agencies to help those who are poor and vulnerable.

We speak to elected officials and policy makers on the federal, state, and city issues that affect not only our beneficiary agencies and community, but also the New York community at large.

We are concerned about seniors, children and families, and special populations, as well as such issues as education, economic self-sufficiency, mental health, affordable housing, and health care. We support the continued security of Israel, and the well-being of its citizens. And through a blend of grassroots and coalition organizing, combined with legislative advocacy, we have been able to make a significant impact on local, state, and federal public policy.

We can't do it alone. without your assistance. Please join our efforts to secure and maintain government support for initiatives that serve the most vulnerable in our community.

Take action now.

Caring for those in need, rescuing those in harm's way, and renewing and strengthening the Jewish people in New York, in Israel, and around the world.
