B.i.G. (Build Hope. Inspire Change. Give Love.) is a new giving-recognition circle that recognizes the generosity of New Yorkers in their 30s and 40s who support UJA-Federation with a gift of $3,600 or more to the annual campaign. B.i.G. provides its members with access to exclusive events, lectures, receptions, and leadership opportunities. B.i.G. allows its members to reach their full potential as philanthropists and expand the positive impact UJA-Federation has around the globe while profoundly affecting the Jewish community and leading the way for future generations.

Training Future Leaders to See the Big Picture
We offer leadership-development opportunities that inspire, educate, and motivate members to make crucial decisions to help the Jewish community worldwide. Those involved with this initiative may then go on to serve within UJA-Federation’s strategic planning and allocations commissions.
