Dressler Scholarship

The Dressler Scholarship provides financial assistance for students interested in clinical work within Jewish communal service, up to $4,000 a year for M.S.W. students. Students who apply in their first year may receive a maximum scholarship of $8,000 for both years of study.

Requirements include that both years of the student's internship be in UJA-Federation's network. Second-year students applying for the scholarship must complete a one-year internship in UJA-Federation's network of agencies. Dressler recipients must also commit to working in the field of clinical social work within UJA-Federation's network of agencies for two years after graduation. A list of UJA-Federation agencies is available at www.ujafedny.org/agencies.
