The Elevator Speech

Suddenly you bump into a potential donor or a community leader you would like to attract to your cause. This chance meeting is bursting with opportunity. How will you use it? Most fundraisers and other professionals called on to inspire potential have heard about the importance of the "elevator pitch” — it’s the 30- to 60-second conversation describing in a creative, memorable manner the most exciting project that is going on in your organization. Trying to articulate the essential elements of your case in such a short time can be daunting — but it’s not impossible when you understand your goals and prepare. During this session you will:

  • Create your main message points
  • Learn to control the conversation
  • Understand time constraints
  • Be able to clearly and concisely speak with confidence

This workshop is limited to 10 participants. Register now to secure your spot!
