Jeannie Smith will share the story of her mother, Irene Opdyke, a Holocaust rescuer.

Irene received international recognition for her actions during the Holocaust while working for a high-ranking German official. The Broadway play, Irena's Vow starring Tovah Feldshuh was based on her story. Irene's book, In My Hands - Memories of a Holocaust Rescuer, will be for sale at the event.
