Israel Wildfire Crisis Relief

We are saddened by the devastating fire in northern Israel that has caused at least 41 deaths and forced thousands of people to evacuate their homes. UJA-Federation of New York is now accepting donations to give members of our community the ability to support Israel in this time of need.

We are on the frontlines in the area already through the Israel Trauma Coalition, which we created and support. It is poised to help counsel people traumatized by their losses, assist people made homeless by the fire, as well as provide other services. We will also be assisting the emergency relief efforts of our overseas beneficiary agencies, the American Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI).
