In order to foster the next generation of engaged Jews, we’ve created a community where they can learn, volunteer, travel, and create social change together. Through Emerging Leaders & Philanthropists (ELP), UJA-Federation of New York creates a vibrant, passionate community for people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
Whatever stage of life you're in — whether you're a recent college graduate, a young professional considering one of our many affinity groups (we have groups for real estate, entertainment, legal, and healthcare professionals, to name a few), or interested in our young couples and families programming — we've got something for you.
We offer more than 150 events and other opportunities to get involved each year. Through these events, we inspire future philanthropists and celebrate the generosity of those who have already made contributions. Our goal is to offer young individuals and couples the opportunity to participate in the incredible global endeavor of renewing and strengthening the Jewish community in New York and around the world.
