Please join us for an intergenerational program that will explore the mosaic of contemporary Israeli society. Our program at The Jewish Museum will have as its centerpiece, the highly acclaimed exhibit, Kehinde Wiley / The World Stage: Israel. Wiley’s exhibit at the The Jewish Museum is the fifth stop on a world tour, and features Israel because of the central role the country and the Middle East play in America today.

Elevating the Standards of Philanthropy
King David Society (KDS) members, who come from every professional and regional division at UJA-Federation of New York, enjoy exclusive briefings and cultural events.
- A Conversation on the Business of Sports: Jewish Impact in the Sports World was a discussion moderated by Jon Frankel, correspondent on HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, and featured panelists Mark Wilf, owner and president, Minnesota Vikings; and Stephen Ross, owner and chairman, Miami Dolphins. Team owners discussed how sports franchises work and the current challenges facing the sports world from a business perspective.
- An Evening with President Bill Clinton at The Mar-A-Lago Club, Palm Beach, Florida, was held in conjunction with Jewish Federations of North America’s National King David Society, and a delegation from New York spent an extraordinary evening with President Bill Clinton.
- On Wings of Eagles featured as guest speaker, Micha Feldmann, a key architect of Operation Solomon, the historic 1991 mission to rescue Ethiopian Jewry, which brought more than 14,000 Ethiopian Jews from Addis Ababa to Israel in a single weekend. Micha Feldmann spoke about Operation Solomon and the current exodus of the remaining 4,500 Falas Mura from Ethiopia to Israel, and the role that UJA-Federation and its overseas partners plays in providing for the needs of this exceptional community.
- King David Society UJA/JFNA National Museum of American Jewish History: UJA-Federation worked in collaboration with Jewish Federations of North America to promote the national KDS Kickoff event at the new National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia.
