UJA-Federation's Management Assistance Program matches organizations in our network of beneficiary agencies with seasoned professionals willing to serve as limited-time pro bono consultants. Become a Synagogue Consultant
The Synagogue Leadership Development Project matches experts in marketing, fund development, and volunteer engagement with New York–area synagogues for short-term, discrete consulting projects. Volunteers will gain new skills and experience within the Jewish community, experience meaningful contributions to help synagogues fulfill their mission, work with consultants and synagogue leadership, and participate in a community of practice with other pro bono synagogue consultants.
