SYNERGY: UJA-Federation of New York and Synagogues Together

SYNERGY: UJA-Federation of New York and Synagogues Together, represents the multitude of ways in which UJA-Federation of New York and synagogues in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester collaborate to strengthen both congregations and the wider Jewish community of New York. Wiener Educational Center programs that offer opportunities for synagogue leaders to learn from leading experts, build their own skills, and strengthen their congregations are a prime example of such collaboration.

UJA-Federation’s Synagogue Leadership Development Project (SLDP), an initiative of SYNERGY, provides resources for synagogue clergy, lay, and professional leaders in their efforts to enhance their leadership and management skills for the benefit of their synagogue communities.
