REX Gala

Each spring, we honor a distinguished and dedicated young real estate executive at the REX Gala. This event attracts hundreds of professionals from the real estate, construction, and allied trades industries. Guests at the REX Gala come together to socialize with their colleagues in real estate, support our honoree, and to show their commitment to philanthropy. Each year, the REX Gala honoree receives the Larry A. Silverstein REX Award, an honor established to recognize Larry’s legendary professional and philanthropic achievements. The award acknowledges an exceptional young real estate professional who emulates Larry’s dedication to the real estate community and to improving the lives of others in New York, in Israel, and around the world. This year’s honoree is Justin H. Green, CEO and managing partner of HaysVentures LLC and immediate past chair of the REX Steering Committee.

REX Premiere

Every fall, we bring together hundreds of leading young professionals for one of the most exclusive industry events at our annual Real Estate & Allied Trades Division REX Premiere.  Previous REX Premieres have been held at Bar Basque, LAVO NY, The Ainsworth, and Tenjune.

Tycher Family Foundation: “A Truly Happy Hour”

Each fall, the Tycher Family Foundation hosts a truly happy hour benefiting UJA-Federation of New York for industry professionals. The evening features music, open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction.
