The Wiener Educational Center strengthens Jewish communities by fostering professional excellence in individuals, institutions, and systems. We provide short- and long-term professional development programs, scholarships, and consultations, including:

• Ongoing professional development programs for professionals working in Jewish communal agencies, synagogues, and other Jewish communal institutions.
• Scholarships, fellowships, and internships for graduate study and work experience leading to careers at UJA-Federation, its network of agencies, and synagogues.
• Muehlstein Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership, designed to develop the talents of emerging professional leaders in Jewish communal agencies
• The Institute for Not-for-Profit Management for Jewish Communal Service, which helps the executives of Jewish communal agencies hone their management skills
• The Institute for Day School Management for Jewish Day School Leaders, which provides the highest level of executive education to Jewish day school leaders

The Wiener Center was established in 1969 through the William E. Wiener and Charles and Rosanna Bachelor endowment funds.
