Addressing the Spiritual Journey of Jews Beyond Midlife
Presented by UJA-Federation of New York’s Caring Commission and Hiddur: The Center for Aging and Judaism of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, this full-day conference will be a dynamic exploration of meaning, purpose, and later life.
The conference is open to professionals and lay leaders whose roles involve engaging or caring for Jews who are 60 and older, including:

Objectives
Through this conference, participants will:

Understand the latest research findings on the impact of spiritual connection on health and well-being in later life

Explore creative tools and resources from Jewish tradition for spiritual engagement of Jews who are 60 or older

Begin conversations toward future collaboration and initiatives on spirituality and later life in the Jewish community
Participants will receive a conference toolkit, including resources, tools, and results of an innovative practice survey (PDF) on spiritual care and engagement beyond midlife.
