Volunteer and Leadership Resource Library
UJA-Federation of New York provides volunteers and lay leaders with opportunities to make a positive impact in New York City, in Israel, and around the world. Whether volunteers take on leadership roles within UJA-Federation itself or in one of our beneficiary agencies, we seek to provide tools and resources to aid them in the development and growth of their leadership skills. The following articles, papers, and other tools are recommended resources that will allow volunteers to grow these skills.
We have articles on the following topics:
- Agency Board Leadership University
- Jewish Community Development
- Coaching and Management of Teams and Staff
- Strategic Planning
- Change Management
- Volunteer Management
- Lay–Professional Leadership
- Program Evaluation
- Philanthropy
- Board Governance
