As vice president for business banking at JPMorgan Chase, Angela sees so much potential in helping people understand how to finance their own business. She leads workshops and other gatherings for aspiring business leaders at the Edith and Carl Marks Jewish Community House of Bensonhurst.

What: Organizes the Immigrant Women’s Club to help women enter the business community, and also leads financial workshops.

Where: Edith and Carl Marks Jewish Community House of Bensonhurst

How: “I see so much potential to explain financial matters, to help people set up their own business.” As part of her programs, she has invited in professionals from the community to give advice.

Why: “I’m not expecting anything from it. When I came over from Russia, I had complete strangers help me. I am glad to do this.”
