Time is short and the workload is great. Yet how many of us spend hours out of our day obsessing about difficult people at work? Or worse, how many of us waste time problem-solving how we can work around such people to avoid contact, or we commiserate with co-workers about these relationship challenges? Here's your opportunity to give yourself back those needed hours. With practical tips on how to deal with difficult people and strategies for identifying, understanding, and resolving conflict more quickly, this workshop will assist you in:

  • Exploring conflict situations in the workplace
  • Identifying your style when faced with conflict
  • Understanding and coping with difficult people more effectively
  • Practicing techniques to resolve relationship challenges

The class will consist of assessments, tools, practice exercises, and concepts drawn from a variety of specialists.
