Building a Case for Innovation and Change for High-Impact Strategies Alumni

Welcome back to our High-Impact grads. This action learning day is specifically designed for you to continue developing your leadership skills. If there’s one thing you learned during High Impact it’s how to keep your eyes on the future while juggling the day-to-day details. This workshop will enable you to sit back and pick a business challenge or opportunity that needs organizational support from your supervisor, executive director, staff and/or lay leaders. With the help of Jan Sparrow and Scott Asalone, and your peers, you’ll generate innovative ideas and begin to strategize how you’ll build your case for change. In addition you’ll be introduced to new methods for solving business challenges and learn adaptive strategies for maintaining composure and resilience.

And, as always, there will be plenty of time to discuss issues most pressing to you as you provide leadership to your agency or department.
