Join leaders of the entertainment, media, and communications industries for this enriching, enlightening, and thought-provoking series. This ongoing program meets twice a month and is intended for donors of $1,000 or more to UJA-Federation of New York’s annual campaign.

Mentoring Programs

The Young Entertainment Division offers mentoring programs for mid-level industry professionals as well as recent college graduates. The close relationships created by our mentoring programs not only provide invaluable individual guidance and support for all participants, but also enhance and extend the leadership roles of New York’s most successful Jewish business leaders within UJA-Federation.

Mentors and mentees are paired by industry, skill set, and life stages. Meeting frequency and time frame are determined between the mentor and mentee. In addition to mentorship meetings, mentees are required to attend two events.

Mentoring for Mid-Level Industry Professionals
The Entertainment, Media & Communication Division’s mentoring program matches mid-level industry professionals who have an interest in philanthropy with more senior philanthropists. A 10-month time commitment, from September to June, and a minimum gift of $1,800 to UJA-Federation’s annual campaign are required of mentees.
