Seventh Annual Long Island Aqua Run: Race Against Poverty

Join us for a morning of fun and fitness at Aqua Run, our annual race against poverty. From beginners to experienced athletes, all are welcome.

Come out and walk or run our 3-mile course at your own pace.

UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Complete the full Aqua Run race, an 800-meter (1/2-mile) swim and 3-mile run. Compete solo or as part of a two-person relay team. Wetsuits permitted.

NEW CORPORATE CHALLENGE!

Become a corporate sponsor. Put together a team and join the challenge.

After the event, join us for breakfast and an award ceremony.

You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in the swim portion.

The Greater Long Island Running Club (GLIRC) produces this race. With your registration, GLIRC will include a swim-and-run clinic and a personalized training plan.
