Join UJA Young Leaders and UJA’s Heritage Society for a unique and intergenerational fireside chat featuring Kim Murstein and Grandma Gail, the beloved duo behind the hit social media accounts and podcast Excuse My Grandma. This event will explore the often comedic and always illuminating contrast between modern life and old-school wisdom.

You can expect a witty and wide-ranging conversation covering relationships, passing on Jewish traditions across generations, philanthropic leadership, and navigating life with perspective and purpose. Bring your own grandma, mom, daughter, friends, partner, husband — or come on your own — and be a part of this dynamic exchange that will resonate whether you’re 20, 80, or somewhere in between. You’ll also discover UJA’s latest work caring for those in need in New York, in Israel, and around the world.

*A pre-reception intended for donors who contribute $1,000 or above to UJA’s 2026 Annual Campaign and members of UJA’s Heritage Society will begin at 6:30 pm. The Heritage Society recognizes longstanding annual campaign supporters and donors who have made planned gifts and endowments.

Light bites and drinks will be served at the pre-reception.
