Michael Wright is the global head of talent acquisition operations and innovation at WPP. In this role, he’s constantly figuring out ways to improve their recruiting pipes and plumbing, always with a nod to candidate experience.

Michael previously served as the global head of talent acquisition at GroupM, overseeing hiring across 90 countries around the world. He also led recruiting for GroupM in North America, and, previously APAC. Prior to his life in corporate recruiting, he founded, ran, and sold a recruiting business spanning two continents.
