This discussion-based series, rooted in Jewish teachings, will help parents find coping mechanisms and create community with one another. The series will be led by expert instructor Deborah Goldman.

Deborah Goldman is a certified parent coach specializing in new parents, developmental stages 0 – 12, twin dynamics, and sibling relationships. An active member of the Northern Westchester Jewish community, Deborah maintains her own practice, S.A.G.E. Advice for Parents, which works with new parents and young families to help them address challenges and find their joy on the parenting journey.
