Chief Executive Officer, Ruben Companies

Richard Ruben is chief executive officer of Ruben Companies. Over the past fifty years the company has developed office and residential properties in New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Miami. Its developments have included One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza in New York; Pennsylvania Plaza and Lincoln Square in Washington, D.C.; and Devonshire in Boston. The firm's latest developments are in the Capitol Riverfront area of Washington, D.C., and include One Hill South and 10K at Hill South. Recently the company has been originating real estate investments in all portions of the capital structure.

Adam Rosenberg is a founding principal of Akire Properties, a real estate investment and management firm focused on distressed and value-add opportunities, with residential, commercial, storage, retail, medical, and LP holdings. Adam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Akire Properties’ acquisitions, strategy, and operations.
