Supplies for Success in the Hamptons
Every child deserves a shot at success.
How can you learn if you don’t have a pencil and paper to take notes?
Each year, hundreds of thousands of local children start school without backpacks and without basic school supplies. We believe every child should start school on a level playing field, because education is the recognized path out of poverty.
Now in its 17th year, UJA-Federation of New York’s Supplies for Success is working to ensure that local, disadvantaged children return to school with the tools they need to succeed. Last year, we provided new backpacks filled with age-appropriate supplies to more than 12,000 children through UJA-Federation nonprofit partners, schools, shelters, and other local organizations.
You can help in two ways!
Volunteer with us for an hour or two — or more. All ages are welcome. Register below — space is limited so please do so today.
Donate! Even if you can't pack with us, you can have a big impact. Every $18* you give fills one backpack and changes one child’s life.
*Your gift represents a charitable contribution.
If the donation you make is in tribute to someone and you would like them to receive an acknowledgement, please email Olivia Faden at with the name, and full postal address of the recipient.
