In today’s fractured world, the power of young people to bring about change has never been more essential.
UJA-Federation’s Center for Youth Philanthropy and Leadership (CYPL) is offering rising high school sophomores through seniors a six-week fellowship this summer. Teens will meet virtually for two hours once a week to learn about UJA’s work supporting our community during these challenging times, have meaningful conversations about critical values, and practice their leadership skills. The $360 donation to participate will go toward a collective grant allocation.
UJA has already allocated more than $46 million in response to Covid-19 to feed the hungry, comfort the bereaved, and sustain small businesses and other vital cornerstones of our community. And we’ve rededicated our longtime support of initiatives that promote racial and social justice.
Let’s come together now and harness the passion and power of young people to make a difference -- this summer, more than ever.
