Andrew Ceresney is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton’s New York office and co-chair of the Litigation Department. He represents public companies, financial institutions, asset management firms, accounting firms, boards of directors, and individuals in federal and state government investigations and contested litigation in federal and state courts.
