ELP Leadership Labs is an annual cohort-based program designed to provide participants with strong foundational knowledge about the local and global Jewish community and build leadership skills for future engagement in UJA and beyond. Leadership Labs consists of five sessions that combine interactive cohort-based learning with experiential opportunities. While all participants will walk away with a feeling of who they are as a Jewish Leader, they will also have tangible next steps for their leadership within ELP.
