This MLK Day looks a little different, but we can still help make a positive difference by engaging in meaningful service to help meet the needs of our community right now.
Below, you’ll find a range of opportunities that will enable you to help people in need. Some are virtual, and some are in person at select sites where strict safety protocols are in place. You’ll be able to foster social connection for a lonely individual, or pack a box of nutritious food to ensure someone’s food security. Choose one opportunity, or participate in several. Find what speaks to you, and find your way to give back.
Now more than ever, it’s time for good.
UJA has worked with its nonprofit partners to ensure that all service projects comply with government rules, regulations, and safety guidelines. Masks are mandatory and will be distributed to volunteers onsite.
