Today, women wear many hats and have different roles. Many are professionals who are balancing work with family life. UJA-Federation of New York’s Professional Women’s Philanthropy brings together women from across New York who connect their professional lives with their philanthropic values.

Meeting like-minded professionals, running mentoring and learning programs, and leading philanthropic initiatives, these women all share the goal of making an impact on the future of our community.

Business and Professional Women’s Initiative

  • This group of professional women from a variety of industries seeks to enrich members’ lives, professionally and intellectually, while providing a growing variety of opportunities to meet peers and make a significant impact on the community.

Women’s Executive Circle

  • Join this group of pre-eminent Jewish business and cultural leaders who use their professional influence to make a difference through mentoring and philanthropic programs.

  • WEC members include corporate directors, managing executives, owners, and founders of successful companies. Each is a leader who motivates, encourages, and inspires.

  • Leveraging their outstanding professional achievements, WEC members employ innovative techniques to help mold the next generation of women business leaders.

Young Professional Women’s Initiative

  • This group seeks to foster community for young, professional women in their 20s and 30s from a diverse spectrum of industries.

  • This initiative offers future leaders opportunities throughout the year to directly impact the lives of those in need while furthering their personal and professional development.

  • Meet your peers, engage in individual and group mentoring from senior-level Jewish businesswomen, and make a difference.
