Scott Jaffee has spent the past 20+ years building up the New York Metro area’s affordable housing communities. Scott is a licensed real estate broker, certified HUD manager, and certified tax credit specialist. Active in many charities including UJA, the Sid Jacobson JCC, Riverside Hawks, and the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds, Scott’s heritage and personal experience guides his philanthropic work.

With over 35 years of experience, David Levy has led property acquisitions and dispositions for the full range of small businesses, from mid-sized firms to Fortune 500 companies. David is the immediate past president of the board of directors for the Sid Jacobson JCC and chairman of its Annual Auction for Excellence for 26 years.

For over two decades, Mona Sterling, a natural entrepreneur, has been developing and running businesses from the ground up. Today she runs a fully integrated property investment, management, and real estate development firm, Golden Lioness Corporation. Mona brings the same abounding energy and business acumen to numerous charities together with her husband, David Sterling. She sits on the board of directors for WIZO and is a Lion of Judah for UJA-Federation of New York.
