As Hanukkah approaches, let’s put a unique spin on the traditional latke with Chef Eden Grinshpan of Eden Eats. The popular host of Top Chef Canada and author of Eating Out Loud will lead us in making sunchoke rösti — a Swiss potato fritter — with chive sour cream and roasted lemon.

Cooking With Eden Eats is part of a weeklong Wrapped With Love series of events in which we celebrate the holiday spirit by giving back and coming together with community.
Eden Grinshpan is a chef, food and TV personality, and the current host of Top Chef Canada. After earning her culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Eden found herself chasing big flavors around the world, cooking in restaurants, and eating her way across Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and, of course, Israel, her family's home country. She has been the host of many television shows, including those on the Cooking Channel and Food Network Canada. Most recently, Eden released her first cookbook, Eating Out Loud: Bold Middle Eastern Flavors for All Day, Every Day. Eden lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Ido, and her daughter, Ayv.
