For more than 35 years, Jeff Blau has led real estate developments across every sector, and today is responsible for directing and overseeing Related Companies’ $70 billion portfolio of assets owned and under development. Jeff serves on the boards of Equinox Holdings, Sun Communities, Robin Hood Foundation, Lincoln Center, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and several academic institutions. He has been widely recognized for his business leadership and philanthropic impact, including by Crain’s New York.

Albert Laboz is a principal at and co-founder of United American Land (UAL), the family-owned real estate development, investment, and management firm he established with his brothers, Jason and Jody, in 1985. UAL owns and manages more than 75 Manhattan and Brooklyn properties, transforming historic buildings in neighborhoods such as Tribeca, SoHo, and the Flatiron District into luxury residences and premier retail spaces. Albert chairs the Fulton Street Mall Association and serves on multiple Brooklyn civic boards.
