Help neighbors in need celebrate Thanksgiving. Create a package with your kids and personally deliver it to one of our partners. You’ll bring joy and a real Thanksgiving dinner to Long Islanders receiving services from UJA’s network of nonprofits.
Here’s how you can make a difference:
Create a Thanksgiving package.
Shop from the list below of kosher, nonperishable items and drop them off at one of four partner agencies.
Canned Cranberry Sauce, Canned Candied Yams, Canned Vegetables, Stuffing Mixes, Juices, Coffees, Dessert, Dishwashing Soap, Cleansers, Sponges, Paper Towels, Napkins, Disposable Aluminum Roasting Pans.
Deliver your package
After assembling your package at home, personally deliver it to Commonpoint Queens/Sam Field Y Center, Mid-Island Y JCC, Sid Jacobson JCC, or The SHOP at Gural JCC.

Donate a Gift Card
Whether or not you can attend, please donate on our registration page in increments of $25 and we’ll put a $25 gift card in a bag so people in need can complete their Thanksgiving meal.
