As a business development lead on the APS Connections Marketplace program, Justin is responsible for identifying and onboarding third-party adtech services, with a focus on identity, contextual, and audience cohorts. He also leads new initiatives specific to CTV, developing CxM programs and services that enhance the APS supply path for TV publishers. Prior to joining Amazon, Justin spent eight years building the programmatic practice at FreeWheel/Comcast, most recently as VP, Product Strategy. Etana has built her career in digital advertising, with more than a decade of experience spanning publishers, adtech, and retail media. She currently leads a sales team at Uber, where she was hired to establish and lead the Beauty & Personal Care vertical. Her team is responsible for driving ad revenue from enterprise CPG advertisers across search, display, video, and programmatic channels. Prior to joining Uber, she spent seven years at Amazon, where she held various roles in client services before transitioning into her first sales position. Etana splits her time between New York and Miami.

Bart Rosenthal is a product strategist and commercialization expert at Google. In this role, he is responsible for Google's App Ad products across core, gaming, and emerging verticals. With a passion for bringing the right solutions to the developer and marketing communities, Bart has spent many years in the industry, including time at Meta, where he supported the launch and growth of products like Instagram Story Ads, in-stream video, and app promo campaigns. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and is committed to using his expertise to drive innovation and growth in the industry.
