Michael co-founded Littlejohn & Co. in 1996 and served as president from inception through 2011, when he became the firm’s chief executive officer. Littlejohn & Co. invests in middle-market companies across the capital structure in buyouts, corporate carveouts, turnarounds, distressed securities, and structured capital solutions. The firm focuses its private equity investments in the industrial growth and services sectors. Michael has been involved in over 50 private equity investments in his career.
