Carol Becker began her journey in the corporate world as a successful marketing executive, but her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for baking led her to launch Bread & Batter in 1993. This venture revealed her talent for blending tradition and innovation — a hallmark that would define her leadership of William Greenberg Bakery, which she acquired in 2008.

Drawing from her deep understanding of business strategy and community-building, Carol orchestrated a remarkable transformation for the iconic company. Co-founder, Sistersnacking

Carly Shapiro is a co-founder of Sistersnacking, the popular food and lifestyle platform she built with her three sisters. They share where to eat, what to cook, and how to travel around the world like a foodie for an audience of more than one million across platforms. Before launching Sistersnacking, Carly worked in Creative Artists Agency’s Brand Endorsements group. A Cardozo School of Law graduate, she also runs a boutique legal practice for creators, using her legal background to champion clear, fair partnerships for her clients.

Chef & Owner, Kubeh

Melanie Shurka is a native New Yorker of Israeli-Iranian and Ashkenazi Jewish
descent. She opened Kubeh to share the Middle Eastern dishes of her childhood with New York City. 

While living in Israel to study law at Tel Aviv University, Melanie explored the myriad kubeh variations. Quickly, she realized that her love for kubeh and all things Middle Eastern surpassed her desire to be a lawyer. She returned to New York and worked at Balthazar and Laduree while teaching herself how to cook. Hillary Reinsberg

Head of Lifestyle Content, Chase

Hillary Reinsberg is head of lifestyle content at Chase, responsible for developing editorial and marketing content for businesses including Chase Sapphire, Chase Freedom, and Chase Travel. She was the founding editor in chief of the restaurant discovery platform The Infatuation, which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 2021. At The Infatuation, she led the expansion into cities across the U.S. and into global markets, and was closely involved in the company's acquisition of Zagat from Google in 2018. Previously, she was an early member of BuzzFeed's news division. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a lifelong New Yorker.
