Participants that engage fully with the workshops will (1) check and adjust their organization’s strategies with the goal of creating value for stakeholders while sustaining the organization; (2) align their organizations to implement their strategies; (3) practice techniques for communicating the strategy in their organizations in order to improve employee engagement and performance.
