AMY BEBCHICK
Amy Bebchick has spent her career building communities that drive change in individuals and in our world.
As OneTable’s chief program officer, Amy oversees strategy and implementation of OneTable’s family of program offerings. Before joining OneTable, Amy served as the assistant vice president of philanthropy at the Union for Reform Judaism, where she worked across the organization to create a culture of philanthropy, overseeing development operations, development communications, congregational membership, and special projects.
She previously served as director of the Hillels at The George Washington University, Miami University (Ohio), and North County, San Diego. She was also the director of Waters of Eden, a community mikveh.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University. She lives with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog, Tucker, in Westchester County, New York.
RABBA YAFFA EPSTEIN
Rabba Yaffa Epstein is the senior scholar and educator in residence at The Jewish Education Project. Previously, she served as director of the Wexner Heritage Program at the Wexner Foundation and as director of education, North America for the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, where she was also a faculty member. Rabba Epstein has taught on the faculties of Yeshivat Maharat and the Drisha Institute.
A sought-after lecturer, Rabba Epstein has served as an educator and scholar in residence for organizations including the Dorot Fellowship, Moishe House, Jewish Federations of North America, the Covenant Foundation, the Nahum Goldmann Fellowship, Repair the World, and JPro. She has presented at numerous Limmud events worldwide, authored curriculum for the Global Day of Jewish Learning, and developed innovative educational programming for Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life.
She received Orthodox rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Maharat, an additional private Orthodox ordination from Rabbi Daniel Landes, holds a law degree from Bar-Ilan University, and studied in the Talmud department at Hebrew University.
Rabba Epstein is a member of the inaugural cohort of the Sefaria Word-by-Word Writing Circle, and her work has been published in the SAPIR Journal, The Jerusalem Post, and various Jewish anthologies. In 2024, she was honored with the prestigious Covenant Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to Jewish education. She serves on the Board of Directors of Yeshivat Chovevei Torah and on the Program Committee of Repair the World.
Rabba Epstein has taught educators, rabbis, and lay leaders across the spectrum of Jewish denominations. She is passionate about making Torah study exciting, relevant, and accessible to all who wish to learn.
REBECCA GLASHOW
Rebecca Glashow is an Emmy Award–winning producer and chief executive officer of Tribeca Enterprises, the global media and entertainment company that includes the Tribeca Festival, content division Tribeca Studios, film distribution label Tribeca Films, and award-winning production company m ss ng p eces.
Founded by Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal in 2001, Tribeca has grown into a global destination and cultural force for groundbreaking storytelling across film, television, music, talks, podcasts, games, and immersive experiences. Rooted in independent film, Tribeca champions both emerging and established voices while celebrating storytelling in all its forms. The Tribeca Festival will mark its 25th anniversary June 3–14, 2026, in New York City.
Before joining Tribeca, Rebecca served as CEO of Global Media & Streaming at BBC, overseeing international direct-to-consumer streaming platforms, global television channels, content monetization, and digital news. Under her leadership, the Global Media & Streaming team expanded the reach of BBC content and drove the company’s digital transformation across editorial, video, and audio.
One of the media industry’s leading digital pioneers, Rebecca has spent decades helping major global media organizations navigate change and evolve business models. She joined BBC Studios in 2020 as president of the Americas and was promoted to CEO of Global Distribution in 2022. Prior to the BBC, she was co-head of Viacom’s Awesomeness, a leading Gen Z–focused entertainment brand.
Her achievements have earned wide industry recognition. She was named to Ad Age’s 2024 Leading Women list and, as executive producer of Netflix’s Trinkets, received a Daytime Emmy Award for Best Young Adult Series. She also executive produced the global hit films To All the Boys: P.S. I Love You and To All the Boys: Always and Forever.
Rebecca serves on the board of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the executive board of NATPE Global, and is a member of the Paley International Council and the Women’s Forum of New York.
HANA GRUENBERG
Hana Gruenberg currently serves as the managing director of Jewish Life at UJA-Federation of New York, where she began her career after graduate studies at Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary. Following nine years at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, where Hana worked as the director of Strategic Evaluation, she returned with her family to New York.
Hana served as the planning director for the Commission on Jewish Identity and Renewal for seven years.
Hana lives in Westchester with her husband and three children.
MARCIE ORLEY
Marcie Orley has been an active volunteer and fundraiser in the Detroit Jewish community, as well as nationally, for more than 40 years. She is a past president of the Jewish Federation of Detroit Women’s Philanthropy and previously served as Women’s Philanthropy campaign chair and co-chair of the Detroit Federation’s Annual Campaign.
Marcie served on the Board and Executive Committee of the Jewish Federations of North America, for which she chaired the National Federation/Agency Alliance from 2014 to 2017. She is an alumna of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet and the National Women’s Philanthropy Board, and co-chaired the 2019 International Lion of Judah Conference. She was a recipient of the Sylvia Simon Greenberg Young Leadership Award and, with her husband, Rob, received the Dream Maker Award from Hillel Day School. Marcie and Rob also were honored in 2024 by the Zekelman Holocaust Memorial Center.
Marcie received her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She and Rob are the proud parents of four married children and the incredibly grateful grandparents of 12.
DORIS SCHECHTER
Doris Schechter was born in Vienna to Jewish parents. Forced to flee Austria for Italy, she and her family eventually settled in the United States. In 1982, she opened My Most Favorite Dessert Company in Great Neck, New York, and in 1986, she moved the bakery to Manhattan, where it is now combined with a restaurant. Doris lives in New York City.
YAEL SHY
Yael Shy is the founder and CEO of Sefira Wellness (based in Stamford, Connecticut), where she supports individuals and collectives as they uncover their inherent worth and capacity for deep joy. She is the author of the award-winning book What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond (Parallax, 2017), and the founder and former senior director for 13 years of Mindful NYU, which she grew to become the largest campus-wide mindfulness initiative in the country.
Yael is faculty member at the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and teaches and consults for the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, Or HaLev, UJA-Federation of New York, Columbia Law School, and others.

BETSY S. STONE, PH.D.
Betsy Stone, a retired psychologist, is an engaging speaker whose passion for wellness in the lives of families has brought her invitations to teach throughout North America and Europe. She leads groups for clergy as they navigate the complexities of their personal and professional roles, and serves as a scholar in residence for congregations and clergy groups.
Betsy has led webinars and seminars for congregations, clergy, Hillels, Hebrew Union College, and the Jewish Education Project. Her topics include Trauma in Our Bodies and Brains, Post-Traumatic Growth, Grief Anxiety and Stress, Issues of Reopening, Antisemitism and Anxiety, Boundaries and Burnout, Character Strengths: Your Superpowers, Generational Impacts, and many more.
