ABOUT UJA

Our work spans neighborhoods, nations, and generations — responding to local needs in New York while addressing global challenges in Israel and beyond.

Why now? Rising antisemitism, economic strain, growing mental health needs, and global instability have made today’s challenges more pressing and complex — demanding coordinated, long-term solutions. UJA’s answer is to strategically bring together donors, experts, and trusted partners to deliver real, measurable impact.

This is not just short-term relief. It’s sustained, strategic investment in what matters most — caring for Jews everywhere and New Yorkers of all backgrounds, responding to crises close to home and far away, and shaping our Jewish future.
