Jake Cohen is the New York Times best-selling author of Jew-ish and I Could Nosh, star of A&E’s Jake Makes It Easy, and, most importantly, a nice Jewish boy from New York. His third cookbook, Dinner Party Animal, was published last fall. Jake and his recipes have been featured on Rachael Ray, The Drew Barrymore Show, Live with Kelly and Mark, Good Morning America, and the Food Network and in The New York Times, Food & Wine, The Wall Street Journal, Bon Appetit, and Forbes, among others. When he’s not throwing dinner parties for his friends and family, you can find him eating around the world and posting about it at @jakecohen.

Jeff first became involved in UJA 30 years ago when he signed up to be a volunteer leader. After seeing the direct impact of philanthropy changing people’s lives, he deepened his engagement and served as the chair of UJA’s Caring Department and co-chair of UJA’s Annual Campaign before becoming president. Today Jeff is the co-chair of UJA’s Capital Initiatives and Special Gifts Department, and serves nationally as the vice chair of Jewish Federations of North America.  He is a retired partner from Brown Brothers Harriman, which he joined in 1984.
