Join UJA’s Private Capital Division, formerly the Private Equity Division, for our annual Private Capital Recognition Event this spring. We’ll honor Victor Capital’s, Doug Korn, who is wrapping up his term as Private Capital Chair this June, with the Jack Nash Award for his incredible professional and philanthropic leadership. And we’ll celebrate the collective impact of our division, which recently expanded to reflect the evolving industry landscape.

You’ll also hear about UJA’s vital and urgent work helping Israel chart a stronger course forward, reinforcing Jewish safety and security, and fighting antisemitism around the world.

Doug is founder and Managing Partner of middle market buyout firm Victor Capital and heads Victor’s Management Committee. He has been an investor for more than three decades, including in the formative stages of three other sizeable firms - Irving Place Capital, Eos Partners, and Blackstone Group.  Doug started his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and holds degrees from Wharton and Harvard Business School.
