Scott J. Greenberg is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office, global chair of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group, and a member of the Executive Committee. He focuses on representing debtors and creditors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Sean Sauler
Co-Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO, Redwood Capital Management
Sean Sauler joined Redwood in 2006 and became a partner of the firm in 2013. He was named deputy portfolio manager of the Redwood Opportunity Fund in 2016 and co-portfolio manager of the Redwood Opportunity Fund in 2018. Subsequently, he became deputy chief executive officer and co-chief investment officer of the firm and portfolio manager of the Redwood Opportunity Fund in 2020. In 2022, he was named co-portfolio manager of the Redwood Enhanced Income Corp.
From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Sauler was an analyst in the Restructuring and Distressed Finance Group at Credit Suisse, where he was involved in rescue financings and corporate advisory work.
