The Women's Gut Health panel will explore the unique digestive challenges women face and the critical role lifestyle plays in maintaining good gut health. Gain valuable insights and practical strategies to improve your gut health and overall well-being. 
 
The Menopause Health panel will cover perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, addressing common symptoms and their impact on mental health. Stacey E. Rosen, M.D., FACC, FAHA

Executive Director and Senior Vice President, Northwell Health’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health

Stacey E. Rosen, M.D., is the executive director of Northwell Health’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health and the Partners Council Professor of Women’s Health and Professor of Cardiology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Rosen is a leading expert in women’s cardiovascular disease and oversees women's health services at Northwell, with a focus on the elimination of healthcare disparities through comprehensive clinical programs, sex- and gender-based research, community partnerships, and education.

Moderator

Nina S. Vincoff, M.D. 
Medical Director, Katz Institute for Women's Health

Dr. Nina Vincoff is the medical director and vice president for clinical initiative and patient experience at the Katz Institute for Women’s Health and the division chief, breast imaging, for Northwell Health imaging service line. She leads a network of over 900 women's health clinical experts across 25 specialties, focusing on developing multidisciplinary programs, enhancing care coordination, and improving patient experiences and outcomes. 

A nationally recognized thought leader and advocate for patient- and family-centered care in radiology, Dr. Vincoff frequently speaks at national forums and serves on multiple national committees. Her honors and recognition include the Leading Innovators Recognition Award from Press Ganey and Northwell Health's Truly Leadership Award, given to one physician annually within the Northwell Health Physician Partners Medical Group.

Panel 1 - Women's Gut Health

Christine L. Sardo Molmenti, Ph.D.    
Dr. Christine Molmenti is an associate professor and cancer epidemiologist in the Department of Occupational Medicine, Epidemiology and Prevention at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She is co-director of Northwell's Center for early-onset colorectal cancer and leads Northwell's research efforts on women and colorectal cancer and early-onset colorectal cancer screening.  Prior to joining Northwell Health, Dr. Molmenti was recruited by the 17th United States surgeon general, Richard Carmona, M.D., MPH, FACS, to serve as the partnerships and policies director of the nonprofit Canyon Ranch Institute. She served as a task force member on the surgeon general’s national call to action on cancer prevention and survivorship and developed and implemented key initiatives with Dr. Carmona to improve the health of low-income and minority communities across the United States.


Andrea Zimmern, M.D. 
Dr. Andrea Zimmern is a fellowship-trained, board-certified colorectal surgeon treating a full range of diseases/conditions affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. This includes colon/rectal/anal cancer, diverticular disease, colon polyps, fecal incontinence, pilonidal disease, rectal prolapse, anorectal abscess, fistula, fissure, anal warts, rectocele, and hemorrhoids. Dr. Zimmern specializes in the use of robotic and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and also performs advanced diagnostic/therapeutic colonoscopy and pelvic floor testing. 
 
Dr. Zimmern is extremely involved in resident and medical student education. In addition to the general surgery residency program, she holds faculty positions in the colorectal and urogynecology fellowship programs. She is a member of the Katz Women's Pelvic Health Program, serves as a residency mentor, and participates in the Women in Medicine mentorship program for the school of medicine. She is also a faculty member of the school of medicine’s Initial Clinical Experience (ICE) program for first-year students. 


Cassandra Sanossian, M.D. 
Dr. Cassandra Sanossian is a gastroenterologist at Northwell Health Gastroenterology Associates of Uniondale. She completed medical school at NYU School of Medicine, her internal medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and her gastroenterology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to pursuing medicine, she completed a dietetic internship and worked as a registered dietitian.



Panel 2 - Menopause Health

Evelina Grayver, M.D. 
Dr. Evelina Grayver is an assistant professor of cardiovascular medicine at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, as well as a full-time physician in the division of cardiology at Northwell Health System. With a comprehensive background in general cardiology, Dr. Grayver possesses specialized training and expertise in women’s heart health, preventative cardiology, cardio-obstetrics, and the management of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and electrophysiology. As the director of the Women’s Heart Program within Northwell Health’s central region and the Katz Institute for Women’s Health, she has developed a focused approach to addressing the distinct and evolving needs of women’s cardiovascular health. She serves as president of the American Heart Association board of directors for Long Island and is an honorary surgeon for the New York Police Department. 


Iman Saleh, M.D.  
Dr. Iman Saleh, a menopause society certified practitioner (MSCP) and director of obesity medicine at SSUH, is a dedicated advocate for women's health across all stages of life. While OB-GYNs may not typically be viewed as primary care providers, Dr. Saleh's extensive knowledge encompasses common medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders. This breadth of expertise enables her to offer holistic care that addresses a wide range of health concerns. 
 
In her practice, Dr. Saleh provides support through general wellness check-ups, prenatal care, childbirth, and guidance on contraception and infertility. Recently certified as a menopause practitioner, she continues caring for her patients into their menopausal years. Furthermore, she has expanded her expertise to include obesity medicine, using medical management to optimize patients’ weight during various life stages, thereby enhancing her ability to deliver comprehensive and tailored care to each individual.
