Mark I. Tsesarsky is vice chairman of Fixed Income & Commodities. Prior to this role, he was global co-head of Fixed Income and Commodities at Millennium. He has over 30 years of experience in trading and risk management in Fixed Income markets.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2017, Mark was the global head of Securitized Markets at Citigroup, where he had overseen the global securitized markets business as both head and co-head since 1996. Previously, he held several trading roles in agency pass-through securities and options. Mark began his career with Salomon Brothers as an intern in 1985 and later joined full time in 1986.

He received his B.S. in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Influenced by his family and personal roots, the Tsesarsky's support a wide range of organizations in New York, Israel, and the Former Soviet Union.
