As a passionate business builder, Jarret cofounded, capitalized, and is an active board member of three clinical-stage medical technology companies: Hemodynamx (aortic stenosis), Nephronyx (heart failure), and Emanate Biomedical (oral diseases) of which he is serving as CEO. Steven is a partner at Unorthodox Ventures, an early-stage investor, primarily focused on Medical Technology and Industrial Technology companies. Steven sits on the boards of Lumen (metabolic/nutritional device), Tushy (bidet), and Safkan (ear cleaning medical device).
 
Before joining Unorthodox Ventures, Steven worked for the prior 23 years as an investment banker, having held senior roles at Lehman Brothers, Stifel Financial, and Cowen & Co. Steven has executed over 100 transactions with aggregate deal value in excess of $30 billion.

Michael retired after a 25-year career on Wall Street, and now devotes the majority of his time and energies toward nonprofit & impact-related enterprises. Prior to retiring, Michael spent most of his career at the asset management firm BlackRock, where he was managing director overseeing Structured Mortgage & Derivative Products trading and acted as advisor/portfolio manager for the Federal Reserve's Global Financial Crisis-related managed assets.
