Commonpoint Queens is a community-based organization dedicated to sustaining and enhancing the quality of individual, family,  and communal life throughout Queens, through services to people of all ages, ability levels, stages of life,  and backgrounds.

Commonpoint's Sam Field Center food pantry stocks a variety of non-perishable and perishable grocery items to help support local families in need.  

Get your hands dirty by:  

• Bagging food packages for clients to pick up
• Stocking shelves, organizing grocery items and boxes when the deliveries arrive
• Loading delivery cars and buses with packages

Volunteers are needed on Mondays - Thursdays, 8:15 – 11:30 am and 11:30 am – 2:00 pm.
