We’re empowering Jewish communities at home and abroad.

Our investments strengthen Jewish leadership in Europe in the face of anti-Semitism and give students the tools to fight the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement on college campuses. Our collective commitment is to Jews wherever they live.

The Facts:

  • Anti-Semitic incidents on American college campuses nearly doubled in 2015.
  • 58% of victims of anti-religious hate crimes in the U.S. in 2014 were Jews.
  • 130% increase in anti-Semitism in France between 2013 and 2014.
  • 40% of all racist acts in France are committed against Jews.

Our Impact:

  • Hundreds of students across all 50 chapters of the French Jewish student union were trained in the last year to respond effectively to anti-Semitic claims and take action against anti-Semitic social media posts.
  • Hundreds of Jewish schools and synagogues in France receive funds to support increased security needs.
  • 11 Hillels in the New York area provide forums for dialogue and advocacy against anti-Israel and anti-Semitic activity.
  • 200 local college professors developed the tools to counter calls for BDS on their campuses through Israel travel and other programs.
  • Our funding helped mobilize national campaigns to respond to BDS challenges in academic and professional associations, churches, labor unions, and other critical sectors.

With thanks to our network of nonprofits.
