We’re empowering Jewish communities at home and abroad.

We will never be silent in the face of anti-Semitism. We strengthen Jewish leadership in Europe and give students the tools to fight the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement on college campuses — so they can rally, respond, and boldly advocate on issues of security and anti-Semitism. And when violence and protests target our Jewish communities as happened in Charlottesville, Virginia, we show up and stand in solidarity and to lend our support. Our collective commitment is to Jews wherever they live.

The Facts:

  • 2 out of every 3 New York City hate crimes in 2017 targeted Jews.
  • 86% increase in anti-Semitic incidents against American Jews in first quarter of 2017. Up from a more than one-third increase in 2016.
  • 49% of all racist acts in France are committed against Jews, although French Jews represent less than 1% of the population.

Our Impact:

  • 262% increase in French aliyah since 2012.
  • 17,000 students participate in activities at 11 college Hillels, including programs that help them combat the BDS movement.
  • $4 million was distributed to promote vibrant, resilient Jewish communities throughout Europe and the FSU.
